Since we were basically babies, we have been bombarded with messages showing us what we “should” look like… typically, a tall, skinny photoshopped, white woman, made of plastic and with absolutely no visible “flaws.” Our white supremacy capitalistic system fills us with unrealistic ideas of beauty and  impacts all of us differently, but the message of “you are not [blank] enough,” can be pretty universal.

To help you “call bullshit” on those messages of criticism (internal and external), I have created this guided ritual as a gift for you, to help you let go of shame and reconnect with your self and your body.
